Minimum slot and time overrun Policy:

Minimum booking slot is 1 hour. Kindly keep a buffer for your time slot as we may not be able to accommodate a time over-run in case we have another booking. To enable us to offer the room at current rates we are required to strictly adhere to the booked time slots. Any time overrun, subject to availability, is charged at the full hourly rate. The session start time is computed from the scheduled start time or the time the first guest enters the room, whichever is earlier. The session end time is computed from the scheduled end time or the time the last guest leaves, whichever is later.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the booking. 50% refund for cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows.
