HOW IT WORKS:

Minimum slot and time overrun Policy:

The minimum booking is 1 hour. Please factor in a buffer when selecting your time slot as we may not be able to accommodate an overrun if another booking follows yours. To enable us to offer the room at current rates we are required to strictly adhere to the booked time slots. Any time overrun, subject to availability, will be charged at the full hourly rate. For clarity — the session start time is computed from the scheduled start time or the time the first guest enters the room, whichever is earlier. The session end time is computed from the scheduled end time or the time the last guest leaves, whichever is later.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the booking. 50% refund for cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows.
